Introducing our innovative printer peel-off plate and wrap-around applicator, designed for seamless label application. Effortlessly remove labels from the peel-off plate by hand or transfer them directly to items using the wrap-around applicator. With the capability to handle labels ranging from 1 to 19.1 mm to 63.5 mm in height (H), our system accommodates item diameters from 2 mm to 16 mm. When using 70 mm high labels, ensure the item diameter is 5 mm or more for optimal performance. Our cab wrap-around labels boast properties meticulously tailored for automated label application with WICON. The manufacturing methods align precisely with the application process, ensuring that each label, from the first to the last, is applied accurately through pretesion and retension. Please note that cab cannot guarantee functional warranty when third-party labels are utilized.

To achieve optimal results, ensure that item surfaces are clean and free of lubricants. We recommend testing materials with a maximum diameter of 3 mm at the factory. Experience all-around labeling with our system, where a data block captures the circumference of an item up to the D1 diameter value. For smaller diameters, data blocks are partially covered, offering flexibility in labeling options. Additionally, our system supports partial labeling up to the D2 diameter value, where protective laminate captures a data block.
