Wrap Applicator WICON

The new WICON wrap-around applicator from Cab sits neatly on the front of the SQUIX label printer and automatically applies labels onto wires, cables, hoses, and tubes. Products are inserted horizontally before the SQUIX label printer prints a label which is then wrapped around in between 1.8 and 6 seconds depending on the number of rotations.  The number of rotations is determined by label size. Operators can set the system to start automatically on insertion or by a foot switch command, interface, or IO interface. A safety guard covers the opening which will ensure that items cant be inserted during an application. Cab offers a complete range of custom labels for the WICON system made with an 80μm PVC material suitable for indoor or outdoor use, resistant to water, petrol, oil, alcohol, and UV light.
