Cab Axon 2 Tube Print & Apply

The NEW Cab AXON 2 label print and apply system has been designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry for the purposes of labelling microtubes, tubes and vials when serialising is required. 

The AXON 2 is available with a choice of a 300dpi or 600dpi printheads for 2D barcodes and/or fine, graphical detail. The Cab AXON 2 is ideally integrated into a manual workstation, allowing the operator to place the tube or vial into the labelling head then starts the cycle via a foot or hand peddle. The system has the ability to handle both microtubes with a 10mm diameter up to 20mm tubes and vials.

Once the tubes have been labelled, the operator can remove or the system can eject into a tray, which is all controlled by the full-colour touch-sensitive control display. The AXON 2 to be integrated into a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and should compliance to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 be required, Labfax is a Nicelabel partner allowing us to offer the full suite of Nicelabel software products to ensure full and assured trouble-free labelling.
