Product Description
3M™ Polyester Label Material 7860E is a 50-micron, gloss white polyester label stock designed for thermal transfer printing. This product utilizes 3M™ Adhesive 300E, which has excellent quick tack and also bonds well to a variety of surfaces including LSE plastics.
Key Features:
Facestock is top-coated for thermal transfer printing. Resin ribbons are recommended for optimum durability. The topcoat also provides improved ink anchorage for traditional forms of press printing.
Polyester face stock provides durability in harsh environments.
Adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, high surface energy (HSE) plastics and low surface energy (LSE) plastics. It is ideal for applications requiring high initial adhesion, especially to LSE plastic surfaces.
Densified glassine liner for consistent die cutting.

3M™ Films & Liners Label Materials encompasses a full selection of face stocks, liners and secondary liners for custom assembly that meets specific labelling requirements. Topcoated film face stocks include polyester, acetate, polyolefin and semi-rigid vinyl, and some are available with pre-applied 3M adhesive. Kraft and film liners are available with or without release coating on one or two sides.
