Due to our continued growth and success, the Labfax website has been further developed with an e-commerce feel. We thought we would guide you through some of the new features:

Online chat

You can now chat to a member of our team at the click of a button, thanks to the online chat we have integrated into our website. Simply click on the online chat which is located at the bottom right hand side of the screen. We can answer any questions you may have between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Any queries left outside these hours will be picked up on the next working day. 

Industries

Finding a label printer that suits your business industry can be difficult. We aimed to make this simpler for you with our industries page. Here you can select your industry and a list of relevent label printers will appear. If you are still unsure, our trained technical sales team can guide you to the most suitable solution on 0845 519 2410.

Spares

We recognise the urgency for label printer spares. With this in mind, we have created a Cab spare parts finder to locate your parts as efficiently as possible. Simply click on your label printer, locate the area of the spare parts, hover over the part number and click! 

Checkout

With the swtich to an e-commerce site, we are now able to sell products online. Any product with a price can be checked out and delivered direct! Products without prices are on an enquiry basis. You can fill out an enquiry form on the product page, or contact us.
